Slitter Rewinder for Narrow width

It slits master roll into any desired width rolls

Sometimes, only a very narrow width of rolls is required by our clients, for example, 10mm width or even 5mm with rolls. But most of the slitter rewinders can get the Min. width is 25mm. Then the surface winding slitter rewinder is your best choice to get the narrow width rolls.

Hochint HFQB model is a center-surface winding structure. The winding rolls are loaded against the central drum and surface wound. Compared to the center winder, the surface winder is more suitable for tension-sensitive materials and narrow width rolls.

Unwinding system

HFQA for 1000mm rewinding diameter rolls

Sometimes, You want to get very big diameter rolls, even you require 1000mm or 1200mm diameter rolls. Our HFQB model can only rewind Max. diameter 600mm. 

But our HFQA center winding model can do it!
