It slits master roll into any desired width rolls
Usually, plastic films, such as PET, PP, PVC, and PE films, are thin and the thickness varies across the web. A big roll is produced from the film-blowing machine and is needed to slit into narrow-width rolls so that they can be used to print, laminate, or others. Thus a high-speed, highly precise slitter rewinder is necessary to convert jumbo rolls to several small rolls.
Hochint specially designed the most suitable model–the HFQC model to fit the needs of our clients who want to get rolls of the correct width and diameter. Equipped with differential airshafts, HFQC is fitted to slit a variety of films, self-adhesive stickers, and papers. Except for HFQC, our HFQB and HFQA models are also suitable for film slitting rewinding.

Features:
| 1. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading is integrated with the main body, the structure is compact and the web feeding path is short.
2. Three individual servo motors synchronous control with differential shafts provide accurate web tension which is calculated by PLC. 3. Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for the operator, it has multi-functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on. 4. Equipped with pneumatic auto pusher to help discharge heavy rolls from rewind shafts to products discharge shelf conveniently. 5. CCD web guiding system to detect the web edge and printing line accurately. |

Pneumatic support arms and pneumatic shaft lock for rewind shafts. 4. Pneumatic lay-on roller guarantees full contact between lay-on roller and slit roll and the lay-on pressure can be adjusted. 5. Product discharge shelf helps heavy rolls unloading as well as efficiency during slit roll exchange. 6.
