This surface winding slitter rewinder is suitable for slitting and rewinding large jumbo rolls, like various papers, adhesive sticker, films or some laminates into very narrow-width rolls. We specially designed it with big drum roller and the automatic adjustable lay-on pressure to fulfill the customers’ requirements who want to get a very narrow slit width(10mm) with a smooth cutting edge and good quality.

Features:

1.Three individual servo motors synchronous control and the big drum roller surface winding structure provide accurate web tension which is calculated by PLC.

2. Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for operator, it has multi-functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on.

3. Shafted unwind with pneumatic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls and web guiding system to detect the web position.

4. Be equipped with rotary shear slitting knives and razor blade cutting system.

Standard configuration

> Unwinding section
1. Lift-up & floating type unwinding stand with 3” airshaft., the Max.unwind diameter 1400mm.

2. Pneumatic lock for unwind air shaft.

3. Tension is calculated by PLC and controlled by magnetic brake automatically.

4. Web adjustment roller ensures the web tension balance from left to right.

5. Web-guiding system: ultrasonic sensor to detect the web position.

6. Constant closed-loop tension control system(optional): the tension is sensed by load cell sensor and compared to the set tension.

1. Servo motor is connected to the main drive roller.

2. Synchronous belt transmission.

3. Pneumatic nip rubber roller, the pressure of nip can be adjusted: providing perfect tension isolation

1. Rotary shear knives 10 sets(the knife width is based on your Min.slitting width required)

3. Knife up/down adjustment and left/right fine-adjustment are controlled by worm-gear reducers.

1. Swing-out type 2 pcs 3” air shaft to unload the finished rolls, the Max. rewind diameter 600mm.

2. Pneumacit clamp for rewind shaft.

3. Metel/rubber central big drum roller with pneumatic auxiliary lay-on roller.

4. Servo motor(3 sets) drive system provides the accurate winding tension control: the drum roller is connected to main motor, and two rewind shafts are connected to two motors.

5. Airdraulic actuator(air-oil) for rewinding shaft with SMC proportional valve to control the lay-on pressure automatically(controlled by PLC and set on touch screen).

3. Automatic tension& diameter calculate and control: Set taper and initial tension on touch screen for your materials, PLC will detect current tension and current diameter automatically and accurately.

5. Unwind Set diameter reached auto alarm and stop function.

6. One button auto speed up function: Press one button, machine will speed up to your set speed smoothly and automatically.

7. Rewind shaft forward and backward function.

8. Problem diagnosis function on touch screen, if any problems occur, you can check I/O page to find it.

9. The lay-on pressure of the rewind shafts automatic control function.
