HKZ roll to sheet with auto stacker
It slits master roll into sheets of any desired size.
Hochint specially designed the most suitable model–the HKZ model to fit the needs of our clients who want to get sheets of the correct zize. Equipped with auto stacker, paper roll can be unwound and passed through the knife to get the sheets stack in order with good-quality stack edges.

Features:
1. PLC with touch screen control with functions of auto counting, auto length setting, auto machine alarm and auto tension control system, etc.
2. Servo motor with driver to control the cutting length of web with high precision. 3. Shafless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls and web guiding system to detect the web position. 4. Pneumatic dancer roller unit for auto speed varied and assures that the stable web feeding under high speed running. 5. Heavy-duty casting knife holder and high-quality steel cutting knife ensure clean cutting quality and a long usage life. 6. 1. Floating type shaft-less unwind stand, 3”and 6” step chuck.
2. Hydraulic lifter for heavy jumbo roll, Max diameter 1400mm and Max weight 1800kg. 3. Left and right arm is controlled by hydraulic, and can be moved separately. 4. Web adjustment roller ensures the web tension balance from left to right. 5. Tension is calculated by PLC and controlled by magnetic brake automatically. 6. Encoder for dancer roller to detect the position accurately which is displayed on touch screen, and the traction speed can be adjusted based on the position of dancer roller. 5. Features:
1.Three individual servo motors synchronous control and the big drum roller surface winding structure provide accurate web tension which is calculated by PLC.

1. Swing-out type 2 pcs 3” air shaft to unload the finished rolls, the Max. rewind diameter 600mm.
2. Pneumacit clamp for rewind shaft. 3. Metel/rubber central big drum roller with pneumatic auxiliary lay-on roller. 4. Servo motor(3 sets) drive system provides the accurate winding tension control: the drum roller is connected to main motor, and two rewind shafts are connected to two motors. 5. Airdraulic actuator(air-oil) for rewinding shaft with SMC proportional valve to control the lay-on pressure automatically(controlled by PLC and set on touch screen). |
