Features:
1. The web is passed through high rack from above which keeps the web from dirt and pollution.
2. Three individual servo motors synchronous control with differential shafts provide accurate web tension which is calculated by PLC. 3. Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for operator, it has multi-functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on. 4. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls and with the splice table for fast converting work. Web guiding system to detect the web edge position. 5. Equipped with products discharge shelf to help unload heavy rolls from rewind shafts. 6. Be equipped with rotary shear slitting knives with wool felt and high power trim edge suction fan. |
Standard configuration:
>Unwinder: high rack shaftless unwind |
1. Floating type shaft-less unwind stand, 3”and 6” step chuck.
2. Hydraulic lifter for heavy jumbo roll, Max diameter 1400mm and Max weight 1800kg. 3. Left and right arm is controlled by hydraulic, and can be moved separately. 4. Web adjustment roller ensures the web tension balance from left to right. 5. Tension is calculated by PLC and controlled by magnetic brake automatically. 6. Web-guiding system: ultrasonic sensor to detect the web position. 7. Splice table for web connection. 8. Constant closed-loop tension control system(optional): the tension is sensed by load cell sensor and compared to the set tension. |

1. Duplex rewind structure, 2 pcs 3” inner pressure type differential shaft center winding, the Max. rewind diameter 600mm.
2. Servo motor(2 sets) drive system and high precision differential shafts with SMC proportional valve provide the accurate winding tension control. 3. Pneumatic support arms and pneumatic shaft lock for rewind shafts. 4. Pneumatic lay-on roller guarantees full contact between lay-on roller and slit roll and the lay-on pressure can be adjusted. 5. Auxiliary nip roller for rewind web connection. 6. Product discharge shelf helps heavy rolls unloading as well as efficiency during slit roll exchange. 7. Lasor core allignment to indicate the position of new core to get exact finish size on every roll change over. 8. Anti-static bar for each rewind shaft. 9.
