This machine is special design for slitting and rewinding materials of uneven thickness, low tension demand, or tension strictness, like various PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, PVC film, or paper. Features:
1. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading is integrated with the main body, the structure is compact and the web feeding path is short.
2. Three individual servo motors synchronous control with differential shafts provide accurate web tension which is calculated by PLC. 3. Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for the operator, it has multi-functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on. 4. Equipped with pneumatic auto pusher to help discharge heavy rolls from rewind shafts to products discharge shelf conveniently. 5. CCD web guiding system to detect the web edge and printing line accurately. |
Standard configuration:

1. Shaft-less pneumatic 3” cone chuck
2. Hydraulic lifter for heavy jumbo roll,Max. diameter 800mm. 3. left and right arm can be moved separately. 4. Tension is calculated by PLC and controlled by magnetic brake automatically(motor for unwind is optional). 5. Web-guiding system: CCD sensor to detect the printing line and web edge, and the holder for sensor is controlled by motor. 6. Splice table for web connection. 7. Constant closed-loop tension control system(optional): the tension is sensed by load cell sensor and compared to the set tension. |

1. Duplex rewind structure, 2 pcs 3” inner pressure type differential shaft center winding, the Max. rewind diameter 600mm.
2. Servo motor(2 sets) drive system and high precision differential shafts with SMC proportional valve provide the accurate winding tension control. 3. Pneumatic support arms and pneumatic shaft lock for rewind shafts. 4. Pneumatic lay-on roller guarantees full contact between lay-on roller and slit roll and the lay-on pressure can be adjusted. 5. Product discharge shelf helps heavy rolls unloading as well as efficiency during slit roll exchange. 6. Lasor core allignment to indicate the position of new core to get exact finish size on every roll change over. 7. Pneumatic automatic pusher to unload finished rolls 8. Anti-static bar for each rewind shaft. 9. Airshaft for rewinding(Optional) |
