A4/A3 sheet making line, as its name suggests, is used to making A4(210*297mm) and A3(297*420mm) sheet copy paper.  It converts large paper rolls into individual sheets of the needed size that are stacked of the required quantity. Then the stack of sheets is conveyed to the packing machine online to get finished A4/A3 papers.

It is composed of a roll-to-sheet cutter and A4/A3 paper packing machine. Two machines are online running to get the finished A4/A3 packet.

How to calculate the output of A4 reams?

Based on your different production capacity requirements, we designed different roll input unwinds.

For example, HKS-1100 A4 machine，we set speed 140 cuts/min, one cut = 5 pcs A4 sheet, and one ream= 500 pcs sheet.

Here we check the output of bundle A4 paper as following,

one roll input≈1.4 reams/min

If one roll input, One minute can get 140*5=700pcs sheets= 700/500=1.4 ream.

two roll input≈2.8 reams/min

If two rolls input, One minute can get 140*10=1400pcs sheets= 1400/500=2.8 ream.

four roll input≈5.6 reams/min

If four rolls input, One minute can get 140*200=2800pcs sheets= 2800/500=5.6 reams.
