Last year, we received a big order from Mexico. They need roll to sheet machine.
They are a strong factory that also supplies many top brands with premium perfume boxes. Including the famous Victoria’s Secret and Coach.

After more than 20 days of transportation, the machine finally arrived in Mexico. With our assistance, the customer quickly installed the machine.

As we can see, this roll-to-sheet machine uses two roll inputs. Increasing one set unwind part which can improve the production efficiency.
Here we use 3″ and 6″ shaftless unwind sections according to the customer’s needs.
And adding a roll of unwinding is equivalent to cutting double thickness of paper at a time. It can improve the speed of machine cutting thin paper.
