Last year we sent the HFQA slitter rewinder machine to Russia. In a few months of use, we have received excellent feedback. This week he contacted our factory and wanted to order another machine.

How to load the large jumbo roll?

The left and right arms are controlled by hydraulic cylinders, the user just needs to press the buttons to move the arms, left and right, up and down.

How does the user unload the finished rolls?

The highlight of this HFQA model for paper is the rewind structure which is specially designed to rewind large-diameter rolls.

Firstly of all, two sets of big power servo motors are adopted, which supply enough strength to rewind thick paper to large roll.

Equipped with an auto-unloading system, you can take the finished big roll easily.

ARE ANY OTHER PAPERS HFQA CAN HANDLE?

Of course, This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding large jumbo rolls, like various papers, adhesive stickers, films, or some laminates into narrow-width rolls.
