Delivery of HFQC-1600S High-speed slitter rewinder to The United States.

At the end of 2022, We received an inquiry for a high-speed slitter rewinder HFQC-1600S from our customers.
After nearly one month of design and discussion of this project, it was finally confirmed at the beginning of 2023, and delivered last week. Hope it will in the near future, this machine will create value for customers.

Firstly, we spent nearly one-month discussing details and the design layout of the machine, Because it’s totally customized model.
Clients ask to use their own pneumatic shear knife, web guide system, differential shaft, and so on ……

After finalizing the final design, we immediately entered the stage of feeding and production. In order to meet the customer’s requirements, we continuously adjust the design during this period. The final delivery was made last month.
